The new, further improved version of the Schildkröt Sling Trainer is the mobile fitness studio and your personal companion on every trip. Small pack size in the enclosed bag, the simple installation on each door and the lightning-fast assembly enable versatile fitness training wherever you are. The endless range of exercises with the sling trainer makes it possible to train almost all parts of the body, and the often unstable position during training also trains the important deep muscles. A selection of exercises can be found using a QR code on the product. The Schildkröt Sling Trainer has a high-quality, continuously adjustable belt system (length 180 cm, width 4 cm, sewn several times) and is therefore adaptable to any body size. The device is like a mobile weight room - with the specially included door anchor, it can be quickly and easily installed on any door. A supplied red warning sign for the other side of the door protects against unexpected disturbance or door opening during training. With sling / suspension training with your own body weight (up to max. 120 kg), the muscles of the entire muscle chain are trained.
