Dolo Hevert Roll-On is a medical device used for acupressure and acupressure support. Acupressure is a widespread physical method used to treat pain and for other therapeutic purposes. Acupressure involves the pressure treatment of selected points or areas in the skin with the aim of relieving pain or improving functional disorders. The main application is painful muscles, tendons, joints or nerve pathways. Acupressure can be effectively used by patients themselves to treat painful areas. Like acupuncture, acupressure is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses the same points, which lie on specific pathways (meridians). Massaging these points stimulates the flow of vital energy (qi) at points where it is deficient or blocked.
The Dolo Hevert Roll-On is an aid to the application of the acupressure technique. It contains a gel which is released during the rolling movement and which acts as a lubricant. This physical gliding effect makes it simple and effective to use. The Dolo Hevert Roll-On also contains 2-propanol, which is related to alcohol. 2-propanol evaporates upon application, thereby producing a local cooling effect. The acupressure effect and feeling of coolness facilitated by the Dolo Hevert Roll-On relieve pain. This is followed by a pleasant feeling of warmth, which promotes relaxation. With a soothing wintergreen fragrance.
