ملخص سياسة الارجاع او التبديل  : الترجيع او التبديل ممكن خلال أسبوعين من تاريخ وصول المنتج، شريطة ان يكون غير مستخدم وبحالته الاصلية ويتحمل الزبون تكاليف إعادة الشحن الى عنواننا المثبت في هذا الموقع. اما في حالة ان موقع أي بيع (e-bai3)  قد تم ارسال بضاعة خاطئة فان إدارة موقع أي بيع تتحمل كافة التكاليف بما في ذلك الشحن.


Return Policy by e-bai3

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with e-bai3 product, contact us via [email protected] . Once you have had a response from a e-bai3 customer service and a return has been agreed, please return your product(s)  by post and include a written explanation of the reason for your return on the reverse of your invoice.

Returns are accepted within 7/14 days of delivery date if item(s) are returned in original condition (Depending on your country of origin).

Condition of Return Package

Please, be aware that the following rerun conditions is a must:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original unopened packaging
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by a e-bai3 customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.
  • If the returned items are used or damaged then we can not accept it.



  • Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Any Refunds can take up to 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.


  • The refund will be the same amount as the product(s) was/were bough excluding the delivery cost.
